Information:
This year the CTF will be held on the Immersive Labs platform. This years CTF is split up into two tracks: Team Simulation and Experience Challenge.

- Defensive scenario where you take on the role of a SOC analyst, employing various skills and techniques from defensive disciplines such as incident response and threat hunting
- Expert CTF Blue Team
- You get a real research-report and your task is to replicate the research and identify the signs of compromise in the lab environment
- Expert CTF Red Team
- Offensive CTF scenario where users take on the role of bank robbers who need to complete several technical challenges in three distinct networks – to open a ‘vault’ and obtain the final token to complete the scenario.

If you want to participate, please register for one of the Capture The Flag tracks by completing this forms questionnaire. The questionnaire has to be completed just once per team. If you do not have a team, we will match you with other participants and assign you to the Experience Challenge.
Deadline for registration: 11.10.2023 (we need time to prepare the plattform before the event)
Good to Know: Cyber Team Sim
The event will be hosted on Immersive Labs. This means, all challenges can be solved from one browser tab and all necessary tooling is provided.
But: for the Team Sim it is also possible to connect to the environment over VPN. All you need is an OpenVPN Client on your device and the Unix or Windows .ovpn file available for download once the event starts. This means, you can use custom tools and environments if you like.
Keep in mind that it is often not allowed to install offensive tooling on Group Workplaces!
Good to Know: Experience Challenge
The event will be hosted on Immersive Labs. This means, all challenges have to be solved from a browser tab and all necessary tooling is provided by the platform. It is therefore not possible to use your custom tools.
